“This pertains to the installation. The three young men were awesome! They all took their boots off to avoid making a mess from the snow. They were like a well oiled machine as each person had their assignments separately until it was time to set the cooktop. Everything went very smoothly. These gentlemen were very nice and professional. They answered our questions and never acted like they were in a hurry.
If a video were to be made showing perfect installation, workmanship and professionalism, these three guys would be perfect examples that the entire industry could copy.”

“Hot water tank went out. Immediately looked online, filled out a form on The Home Depot’s website. Within an hour or two I got a call from Mitchell’s plumbing for details. I provided them, braced myself for the cost, and was given some options for same day installation and haul away over the phone. Pulled the trigger on it through my HD credit card, Mitchell was there within 4-5 hours and it was done. 0% financing. Only thing that could’ve been smoother was the paperwork since their tablet couldn’t get an internet signal. Overall this was quite painless. Satisfied. He was so helpful and up beat and you could see he is a great roll model. I met him because I invertenly kept getting in the way which became a joke. He reminded me of my father who died almost 28 yrs ago. I enjoyed his help and personality and won't soon forget him because he is that kind of man. I think he could be a dad figure to many people. “I came to Ferguson's for the same reason I've seen others list that going to Lowe's or home Depot there's no help to be found and when it is regrettably they're not knowledgeable of the department they're assisting in.
Ferguson's was great the guy who helped me was quick knew exactly what I was looking for and had me out within 5 minutes of walking in. Cost wise it was about 2 bucks more than ordering and waiting a week through any other companies time was was saved and project completed same day so the 2 bucks well worth it.!!!
