“Houston-Starr is the best in town! Ask for George, well knowledgeable. Even though I tend to be a bit picky, he brought my vision to life! Literally took a kitchen that I could not stand to a kitchen that I love! was referred to them by a my 30+ year, contractor. I think they are the best value in town, I cannot be anymore pleased. “I rent, and my landlord purchased the new fridge from them. However, it was me who dealt with them. I initially had problems with the fridge 3, but they sent the gentleman out promptly to find out what the issue was, he found the problem immediately, had to wait for the part to come in, but he had no control over that. Forgive me for not remembering their names, but from the 2 guys that took the old fridge out for FREE and set up the new one, to the 2nd gentlemen that came out to repair, he also was the same gentleman that fixed my stove. They were all courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable about the situation. They didn't leave a mess in my home. Thank You.”

However, it is crucial to address the issue of scanner malfunctions promptly, as waiting for assistance can be time-consuming and frustrating.Implementing a system similar to grocery stores, where workers scan the items for customers, would simplify the process and improve efficiency. Although technology continues to advance rapidly, it is important to strike a balance between automation and human assistance.While workers are undoubtedly helpful, it would be fair to give self-checkouts a two-star rating.”

“Had a pickup order that was split into multiple parts (some stuff was in stock in the store, and some was being shipped on separate days through separate shipping services). There was some technical issue that made the items appear as though they'd been picked up when they hadn't. The staff in the customer service counter was able to deal with it all 3 times I was there and were very quick about doing it. I spend all day dealing with technical issues, so I always appreciate what a pain it is and how well they handled it. Great staff”
