I have tried PNC they have a bunch of attitude. Citizens Bank never stays in the same place because they're all over the place because nobody wants them around. “I used GPFCU for my car loan. I have moved, changed bank accounts, and changed my monthly payment amount throughout the last year, and through every change, the staff has been very helpful, polite, and provided great customer service through this. The website is not totally user friendly but whenever I have called and asked for help, an employee is always able to answer my questions.”
“Wen traveling from Philadelphia to mid West there were no Bank of America in these state which made it hard for me to use my card after I cancelled it then I find it try getting in touch with someone at the bank to see if they could have activated my bank within 24 hours after located it which made my remaining travel back West sending money I don't understand why this bank isn't all over the 52 state..I have to give this a 2 1/2 ratings”

“I usually Bank out of the West Mifflin office but had to go to the Wilmerding office today. Karen that used to work at West Mifflin branch is now down there and I got to work with her, she's just as great as she was when she was in West Mifflin. Wilmerding is lucky to have such a great employee. Everyone else I've ever dealt with at any United Community Federal Credit Union branches are fantastic, helpful and very understanding. I would recommend using them to anybody and I do recommend it to my friends all the time. I would never say something like this about any other bank they have helped me out many times and we're very understanding I give the branches a million Stars if I could. You're treated like a human no wacky unnecessary fees like most banks such as PNC and citizens horrible banks in my opinion so if you can bank with these guys happy customer for many years. “I had a $41.98 payroll check. The check was trough pcn bank. I am a single mom, who has had a major hardship due to covid. So my checking account through independent is in the negative so they could not cash the check. So I went to PNC to cash it. I provided 2 forms of ID. My drivers license expired on December 3rd. I can not get an appointment at the secretary of state yet to renew it. Due to my expired license that is out of my control, they would not cash a $41.98 check. Horrible bank. Makes no exceptions due to recent pandemic issues. Shame on you for basically sending a very broke mom home without the little bit of cash I could use for a few meals.”
