“When to get my battery checked after a national chain told me it was below fifty percent when I got it inspected and the oil changed. Turns out the battery's fine. And evidently, a lot of these national chains play a game where they pull your car into their garage, turn the engine off, but leave the door open or the radio on so it drains the battery. They take the battery reading as they're about to give you the car back, so it's accurate in that moment. But not a real picture. A friend recommended these guys and I'll definitely go back. Zachary was wonderful and very helpful. And I bought windshield wipers, which are evidently supposed to replace every quarter.”
“Went to competitor 200 yards away and was handed a shoe box of useless tools for what I needed .spark plug wrench.. box had screw drivers and box wrenches?? Went to your location and was greeted with enthusiasm and handed the tool I needed without hesitation. Erik the manager was helpful and friendly. He is truly an asset to your company”

“Called to verify availability of battery for our Highlander Suv. Had problems starting it in the morning on our way to Pittsburgh.
The staff at this location were great and confirmed that the 6 year old battery was not holding a charge. Checked alternator as well.
15 minutes later we were on our way - even gave us directions back to the turnpike. John and his friendly coworker wished us Happy Holidays and wished us safe travels. Now that is service we have not seen for a long time!
