She established how the process would work and what we could expect should things go differently than we anticipated. She was uncertain of how things would need to go until the jeweler could take a look at it, since the ring was bought on the Internet, but she kept communication open to update us as soon as she was able to get confirmation from the jeweler. I plan to buy and service any jewelry here from now on.”

“I had A family ring that has been passed down for generations sized for my son to give to his then fiance. Mike did a fantastic job it didn't take long, And told me how to maintain it in the future. Other Jewelers said I needed prongs redone And the diamond reset. Not so ! mike said they were fine but to have the back of the ring looked at because it was Getting thin in the future. Mike seemed a little grumpy the day I saw him, but I figure everyone has a bad day and maybe it was his. Still nice and even told me what the ring was worth!”
