“I went here to get two rings fixed about half a year ago. One ring required a new opal, for which the gentleman I worked with (not sure if he is the only person working there) took time to find a good quality replacement. The new opal is not only clearly better quality but beeeeauuuutiful. The second ring had been squished and the band was deformed such that I couldn't even get it on my finger. It could be the build of the ring that meant he couldn't fix it to 100% its original shape, but he managed to make it wearable again which is what matters to me as the deformation isn't visible once it's on my finger. Very reasonable cost of repairs/replacement and they have held up with no issue in the six-ish months that I've had them back. I was also contacted at the intervals promised and kept in the loop which I greatly appreciated.”

They give clear instructions on piercing care and do a great job helping you pick out jewelry (holding up the gem to your ear so you can see exactly what it will look like before you decide). “I had A family ring that has been passed down for generations sized for my son to give to his then fiance. Mike did a fantastic job it didn't take long, And told me how to maintain it in the future. Other Jewelers said I needed prongs redone And the diamond reset. Not so ! mike said they were fine but to have the back of the ring looked at because it was Getting thin in the future. Mike seemed a little grumpy the day I saw him, but I figure everyone has a bad day and maybe it was his. Still nice and even told me what the ring was worth!”

I chose this place because my husband and I got our wedding rings at Mock & Co which is on the top floor of the same building and I'm so glad I did! The gentleman that helped me (I apologize I didn't get his name) was so friendly and courteous. He didn't make me feel bad for some of my junk that I brought in and showed me the process of how they determine what's "real" or not and then how it's valued. I was hoping for 20 bucks- I got $450!!!!! Shocked! He even gave me the advice of not saying you don't know what you're doing, as some places could rip you off.
