“I went there by mistake to send a phone back to a company when I should have gone to the post office. Instead of just sending me on my way, the girl made sure the phone was packed well, covered the other tags on the box, made sure the return receipt was in there, taped up the box, and taped down the return address on the box so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. It was so nice and so thoughtful. I couldn't believe she did that for me. She could have just said, you're in the wrong place lady. But instead, she went out of her way just to be nice. And I really appreciate that. It was unexpected and sweet. If I have to ship anything in the future, I will do it through FedEx from now on. That's how you get customers. Good job!!”

I have to shout out one specifically, Dawilkin. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was patient and came up with an unconventional solution. “This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

“The people here were great! I had a large product to return and they helped me figure out what was needed to get it shipped out quickly and kindly. I wish the location had off street parking, but for where they are, you can normally find a place to park close to the door. I dont ship often, but this will be my place to go from now on.”
“Disaster averted! I ordered my bridal shower invitations online through canva and picked them up in store. I realized I hadn’t ordered enough so I used the quick print to order a few more. Kris was very helpful to show me how to use the printer and change the settings to print the way I needed it to. The other employee, Deondre, was very helpful to answer my questions and helped me cut the 8.5x11 paper down to the 5x7 invitation sizes I needed. All services were given with a smile and I felt very comfortable asking questions. Kris also gave advice on the best way to order next time- which I will definitely be ordering prints here again!
Edit: I ordered here again- some signage and bridal shower games. I had another very easy experience and was greeted with the same very friendly staff as before! Highly recommend!!!”

I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it.
