“This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.”

“The people here were great! I had a large product to return and they helped me figure out what was needed to get it shipped out quickly and kindly. “The staff at this Staples are INCREDIBLE. This store is massive and they have to be everywhere all at once, and they do so with such grace and kindness. Jared gave me excellent recommendations on desktop monitors and docking stations and was so patient with me. Mackenzie in shipping runs so many desks simultaneously; it's incredible. And Neil at the cash register gave great advice and also was able to price match! The store itself is super extensive and clean with a wide variety of high quality products. I'm so grateful we have such an in-person location in our community.”
