“I wish I had gotten the name of the sales associate that helped me, but talk about a breath of fresh air! I received the most wonderful customer service. She literally picked out my new winter coat and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!”
“Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed for my kids and in the correct sizes. She noticed I couldn’t find a certain item and she looked in the back and brought out something similar without me asking. The layout of this store is kind of funky. Tight aisles make it hard to get around especially if you have a stroller like many shopping there do. I get it though, the store is small and they’re maximizing their space. Prices aren’t outrageous but aren’t cheap! They often have sales going on so if you go at the right time you can score some great deals like we did on winter jackets and holiday outfits.
I wish there was a gender neutral aisle though or they put certain items on both sides of the store. I have all boys and my sister has all girls and whenever we come in together she ends up buying pajamas on the boy side because she likes animals and neutral colors and the girls side is mostly pinks flowers and frills. It’s not a huge deal to just check the other side but many wouldn’t think to.”
“I got a medium button down shirt that I had tried on in store when I was wearing sweatpants. When I got home and put jeans on I realized it was ill fitting and I needed a large. When I returned to the store later the size I needed was gone. Or so I thought. Not 1 but 2 associates went looking for the shirt in my size ( actually looking) and one found it misplaced in the women's section because it had an identical floral print as a skirt. They were so helpful both times and made the mess of a parking lot worth the visit.”
“The people who work there were very helpful but the cashier was a delighted respectful knowledgeable understanding person who loves people and love her job . I was blessed to have met her ,she's a prize to and for the company. God bless her.”
