“I got a medium button down shirt that I had tried on in store when I was wearing sweatpants. When I got home and put jeans on I realized it was ill fitting and I needed a large. When I returned to the store later the size I needed was gone. Or so I thought. Not 1 but 2 associates went looking for the shirt in my size ( actually looking) and one found it misplaced in the women's section because it had an identical floral print as a skirt. They were so helpful both times and made the mess of a parking lot worth the visit.”

“I love this particular Macy's since they closed my local one at Plymouth Meeting. I'm not a fan of Montgomery Mall, but this Macy's has everything I'm interested in. It also has a Last Act, and fairly good sized Men's Department, and very helpful staff. On my last shopping experience, I was delighted with the sales help, who helped me navigate the sometimes confusing sales and discounts and rewards program. How patient she was. And such a great discount in the end. Kudos to management for running such a great store.”

“You will get quality products here. They offer discounts many times in a year. To get amazing pricing you need to know about the discounts. Wide range of collections. However, there are only 3 small baskets on wheels available. No carts which seems crazy! Otherwise I could have given it 5 star.”
