When shipments are sent from this facility I experienced the following when package requires a signature.
- driver forging signature and leaving package
- false delivery attempts with no note of attempt
- note of delivery attempt on days I available and waited for package

Do not have a positive word to say about this company. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible resolution, horrible practices. Not a single good thing about them.

They’re always delivering packages to the wrong building. It seems like they’re too lazy to find the correct location.
