“Terrible job was done to my wife’s gold earrings, fixing broken earring. Not to mention when I came to pick it up, it still was broken, and after the quick fix on the spot, earring broke again in the same spot weeks later. Disappointing experience.??Update:The issue had been promptly resolved. Made my wife happy to again start wearing her favorite earrings.Thank you for being responsive.”

Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. I came in after having spent the whole night searching for my keys. I went into every store along the Northern side of the Skippack strip, and while everone was very helpful despite my frantic and disheveled state, the only store to offer an extenuating call to both myself and the other stores was this store: The Copper Partridge! I lucked out and found them under a tree in the dark, but am grateful for the help irregardless.

“We had such a great experience working with David Haas at the Blue Nile in King of Prussia Mall. Out of all the jewelry stores we visited while looking at engagement rings, this was by far the best experience.
David was super knowledgeable and did an amazing job teaching us about diamonds, especially things like cut and clarity and what actually matters when choosing a ring. I learned so much, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and not overwhelming at all.
He also made the whole process really fun and comfortable. He took the time to get to know me and my boyfriend, asked about our relationship, and really listened to what I was looking for. He took notes and helped guide me toward styles I ended up loving, which I really appreciated.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right ring instead of just making a sale. I would definitely recommend this store and especially David to anyone starting their engagement ring search!”

During our first appointment, he took my fiancées ring size and we found out what she liked. The following appointments he showed me diamonds in my price range and we hammered out the design. In the end, the ring turned out beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely return for our wedding bands, and hopefully some watches in the future.”
