Not to mention when I came to pick it up, it still was broken, and after the quick fix on the spot, earring broke again in the same spot weeks later. Disappointing experience.??Update:The issue had been promptly resolved. Made my wife happy to again start wearing her favorite earrings.Thank you for being responsive.”

After years of cvs service I wasn't ready to be cared about or listened to, it was nice. Brad hooked up my refill with no worries.
