“It’s always smooth sailing coming into this location and I believe that’s largely due to Erick. He’s incredibly helpful and always respectful every time I’m in. He’s honest and gets me what I need at the best price and never tries to oversell me. I’d absolutely recommend doing your business at this location.”

“The gentleman in the store was very polite and helpful. My phone had to be fixed but i didn’t have a lot of money to spend extra. I explained my situation to the guy and he was kind enough to even give me a discount on my phone and a brand new phone case! I wasn’t expecting that at all. So i told the guy again i’ll be coming back to that location and i will. 10/10”

“I can’t say enough about Dave at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond trying to set up a new account for my teenager. We had a very rough time trying to switch the number from a previous carrier because the other carrier was horrific to work with. Dave worked with us to get the number to work and transfer and even came in the next day to help us. He was calm the whole time even when my teen was not calm! He has the patience of a saint! Everyone at the store goes above and beyond.”

“want to say a huge thank you to the employees at ITT at this location. This was already the fifth store I visited since this morning, and they were the only ones who managed to solve my problem — literally in just 5 minutes. Even the customer service representatives from the carrier were not able to help me the way the employee at this store did. Very professional, fast, and respectful service. Truly appreciate your help!”

“If all customer service reps were as pleasant and helpful as Rivens and Tre are at Verizon store in Norristown, the world would be a better place. Their knowledge and patience when working in a busy store are great examples of what good training produces. Congrats to their manager Tommy Beiser. Thank you guys so much for an enjoyable experience buying a new phone. Bonus for all. Patricia Bader”

“I’ve been having a hard time with T-Mobile lately. The app is awful. The sales associates are never helpful and I always get the runaround when I call customer service so I came into this AT&T store in Souderton like a tornado. I was met with David and I immediately asked him if AT&T can beat my current situation. He immediately said yes without a doubt so we got into more details and I couldn’t believe how smart he is and how knowledgeable he is without any pressure at all. He answered all of my questions with great detail so that I could make an informed decision for myself. We ended up switching over our phones and taking the Internet and save $100 a month. it was so difficult to deal with T-Mobile to switch over the phones and David explained to us if we ever needed to leave AT&T it wouldn’t be this difficult. My husband‘s current phone wasn’t working too well so we brought another phone and asked David if he could switch it over until we were able to upgrade when the new phones are shipped to the store he had that done in five minutes we were blown away. I cannot believe how easy the customer service is as well as their app. I’m so glad to be done with T-Mobile. Thank you so much David for making my life easier.”
