“I have been nothing but pleased with Baird since I started with a CPAP in November 2020. Since this was in the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, they actually sent a rep (sorry I don't remember his name) to my home with a CPAP and a sample of masks. This was all new to me so I really appreciated the time the rep spent explaining and demonstrating everything to me. After that they were extremely helpful with ordering supplies and helping me through the Philips CPAP recall process. Recently I was having some issues with the mask I using and thought I would like to talk about some options. I called them and spoke to Hope who was very pleasant and helpful and got me in contact with Re, a respiration therapist. To make this a little shorter, a few days later I was at Baird with Re. She was incredible, showing me a few options with instructions on sizing and use. I settled on a new style mask and went home with one. I used it that night and am very excited about how much more comfortable this mask is and how much my sleep has improved. From my perspective, Baird is a top notch medical equipment supplier. The folks I dealt especially Hope and Re are a big part of my positive experience here. I have and will continue to recommend Baird to anyone.”
