“Absolutely love this jeweler. We originally got my set from a big name jewelry chain. We ended up looking for somewhere else for cleanings, inspections and repairs for my engagement and wedding band. Came here for the first time about 3 years ago. We been coming every year for cleaning and I wont trust anyone else with my rings. They always look so beautiful amd sparkle for awhile after each cleaning. They have even fixed a prong for me and you can't even tell it was ever bent. They are quick with repairs/cleanings and normally call within a few days to pick up your jewelry. The lady is always so friendly and just a all around sweetheart. Would recommend them to everyone. Picture is right after I picked up from rings from a cleaning.”

They took my broken platinum engagement ring of questionable quality from a big online retailer and completely reset it in a beautiful quality 14k yellow gold setting that I can't stop looking at! Been very fond of yellow gold over the decade I've been married and they were so patient with me as I went back and forth in my head about fixing the platinum or just going with a whole new ring. I also thought the price was fair, even considering how expensive gold is lately. I was also able to sell the platinum to them to recycle which helped offset the cost.”

“I came in today at around 1 or 2PM with my boyfriend to glance at a few pieces of jewelry. As a young adult, I was looking to add a gorgeous ring or bracelet to my collection. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Andrea, who showed me many different gorgeous pieces. She was extremely kind and informative, and you could tell she knew exactly what she was talking about. Additionally, I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and I had a wonderful time looking and trying on jewelry. Andrea was more than happy to assist me in my first experience at Swarovski. Andrea’s personality radiated positive energy, making her one of the best workers I’ve ever met. Not only did I leave with a beautiful bracelet - courtesy of my boyfriend - but I felt extremely welcomed and appreciated by all employees on shift. In fact, one employee helped with the packaging process for my first piece, all while providing a warm and welcoming environment for my boyfriend and me. “Came here by chance after googling gold repair shops. Kay jewelers and other main stream shop quoted me outrageous prices to repair my ring. I walked in here and paid $60 to fix my 18k gold ring and they did it in 2 day. Plus fixed the shape and gave it an amazinggggg cleaning”
“3-3-26 (3:27pm) Never shopped there but about 40 minutes ago a security guard asked me to leave the couch I was sitting on from across this retail establishment. He said the women working at Pandora felt uncomfortable with my staring at them. 2nd place goes to the cute girl in flip flops for showing of her cleavage and pretty toes in this cold weather. 1st place goes to the brunette in high heels and captivating eyes (loved your hair curls). I was staring at everything in the mall while drinking my dunkin donut iced coffee. It was a sincere pleasure for me, but I did get uncomfortable when a security guard invaded my private space and tried to make me feel guilty for enjoying beauty with my hungry eyes.
