“It was nearing time to close when I knocked on the door of Optima Jewelers. My rings were too tight and I had been looking for someone to help. Rob answered the door, turned all the lights on, and took a look at my hand. I said I can come back when you have more time. He said no, it should come off. He so kindly took a tool and opened the band of the ring after spending a good amount of time sawing it open careful not to hurt me. Here's a guy who took 1/2 hour of his time, did not charge me a cent, and removed the offending rings. You can bet I will be having this kind jeweler, Ron Ly, do the repairs for the re-sizing. He kept the store open after closing to help me, who he did not know, and did not even ask my name. Who does this in this day and age?”

“This is a small family owned business. Michael and his wife runs this shop. You're greeted once buzzed in through the doors and a warm welcoming of dogs barking. Don't let that bother you, they're family too. LOL I've gift pieces and been gifted jewelry from here. I even made a purchase for myself last visit. Not a huge display of selections compared to competitors. If there is one thing they specialize though is custom jewelry. Lenient and will work with prices. So if you want something unique or a personalize piece, they are your go too. Show a picture of inspo and Michael will craft wonders to your satisfaction. “I took my fiancé's engagement ring here after the center stone of the ring was knocked crooked into the setting. They weren't open when I arrived, and as I was walking back to my car Anne ran up and opened the door and continued to drop everything in her hands to help me. I later met with Brian to discuss what he thought would be a good solution and went over some options. He was extremely thorough in explaining why he thought the problem occurred and his recommendation on how to avoid it happening again. The setting took roughly a week to arrive, very fast I thought. The setting arrived the Thursday before Easter and Brian explained that they wouldn't be open until the following week so he was going to do what he could to get the ring done before leaving for the holiday weekend. Sure enough he finished the ring, I picked it up late in the evening around 8 so I know he stayed open late just to finish this. The ring looked absolutely amazing, and my fiancé loved it. Overall, everything about this experience was great from the first experience with Anne, to the communication, down to the box that the ring came back to me in, containing a light when opened, that made the display of the ring just priceless. Made me regret not knowing of this place before originally getting the ring! If you are looking to purchase, looking for repairs/maintenance, or just need some information on jewelry, this is the place to go. By the way I never write reviews, I did so for here because it's truly deserved.”
