Customer service was awesome, Neil Lane weddind ring is soooo beautiful, I found just what I was looking for and it was the last one in stock so I know it was for me, I recommend Kay jewlers to anybody

By far the worse Kay’s, the staff used to be great before now it’s full of younger people who would rather sit there and just have conversations amongst themselves than to help someone purchase an item. No problem though the Kay’s in delaware clearly had no problem accepting our money !!

There’s a female there that’s always barely dressed and the store is never open when it’s supposed to be. Aside from that, I received good customer service from another female associate who was more than accommodating.
