“Austin's work was unbelievably good!
We gave him our car that we bought used at a dealership 7 years ago, and has gone though a whole lot of hard use in those years. He gave us back a car that was far, far better looking than it was when we bought it! His work is far, far better than big dealerships presale details. There were stains that I didn't even notice were there until I noticed they were gone! I have no idea how restored the finish on the outside so well either, especially the wheels.
We searched pretty hard but couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. Austin far surpassed our expectations in every way.
If you are reading this, you must be thinking of getting your car detailed. This is your shop!”

“They were super communicative and polite. They answered my questions and kept me informed, stuck to the timeline, and got me in quicker then other shops I called. My work was almost $20k so they did a lot of work on the car and everything appeared to be done well. I had a pretty good experience up until the end. I would have given a 5star but I was a little disappointed they left the car dirtier than expected and the car was 5 miles to E so I barely made it to a gas station after pickup. Other than that I would recommend based on their work.”

“First of all, the new addition of Graphene is very well worth the extra 4 Bucks per month on subscription. I say that without any hesitation. I had been very satisfied with Shining Star's Ceramic package but was a little taken back when I was forced to stop and choose whether or not I wanted to upgrade to the Graphene package. I messaged management and got a response within one day. I decided to give it a try. I have been going to Shining Star Car Wash for over 5 years. I'm a stickler for a nice clean shiny car. The only thing that bothered me over the years were the teeny tiny swirl marks that the cleaning brushes make, particularly on a black/blue finish. I don't have the time or energy to hand wash any more so I adapted to these slight drawbacks. Well, the very first time I went through and included the Graphene, I was amazed! Most of those little marks were nearly invisible. I've gone through twice now since adding it and am even more impressed. This new product addition is definitely worth the small extra charge. Go for it! You won't be disappointed.”

He took a thorough look at my car and told me exactly what he could do. He offered me a fair price and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. “I requested that they only wash the outside of my vehicle and I was told that they had to do a full exterior detail, so I had them go ahead and do it. I went to the King’s Restaurant nearby and had lunch while they did their work. It turned out really nice, but they charged me $180 just to detail the outside, which is outrageous. I wonder how much it would have cost if I had them do the interior as well. I may have needed to apply for a signature loan from a nearby bank.”
