“Very professional, wonderful and honest people, fair price.
The engine light of my car was on when I got it. Went to Team Toyota, they charged $200+ just to figure out where the problem might be, and told me there was “gross leak”. Smoke test + repair would cost easily $700 to a couple k there.
Then I went to big oak citgo as two neighbors recommended. Tyler was great! He did smoke test and mentioned there was no big issue. Then we discussed repairing options and state inspection. He was so so professional, honest, and helpful!
Beth at the front desk was also very kind.
Would go here for any car service from now on!”

I initially met with Thomas who appraised my car for me and he was very personable, kind, professional, and sympathetic when I walked in pretty upset about the situation. He assured me he would take care of it and make it look new again and just that he did. Came across Universal auto repair and they great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. Explained exactly what I was experiencing when driving. At first glance they couldn’t pin point the issue but with a bit more info from me they figured it out. Also had inspections/emission and daylight replaced. Will be taking my vehicle to them going forward. If looking for a trustworthy and friendly shop this is the one. Highly recommend ?”

“I called Kerrigan's because my car suddenly stopped moving. I barely got to their shop. Many of the indicator lights were on. They told me they would be able to look at it either that afternoon or next day. Within an hour of me getting home, they called and said my car was ready. Squirrel had got in and chewed wires. I have been going there for about 20 years, and have always found them to be efficient and reliable. I trust them.”
