Wanted to give a raving review to Conestoga Collision and particularly khan, vinny, tony and Allison as they are fantastic and if i could give them all an 11 i would but i know on 1-10 they are 10 in my books. The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. Khan above all from when i took vehicle in to the repairs getting completed as if its a new purchase from dealership has left me in awe. Congrats to him and team. Exceptional work and extreme customer care which is most defining on why i will be back for any repairs and also in recommendations of others. Congrats conestoga collision #1 in my book!”
“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! Would definitely and come back and use KAR Automotive services for future car issues.Service: Brakes”

“This is a great shop! They truly care about doing high quality work and making their customers happy. When I picked up my car, Dale was really happy that I came before the rain and sunset as he was very proud of the work they'd done and excited to see my reaction. I thought that was awesome and rare these days. And they should have been proud because it did look great. They even cleaned up the entire exterior and made the tires shine. I wasn't expecting that either. I didn't have any issues with the repairs but Dale told me to call if I did and they would take care of it. I definitely recommend this shop. Their prices are also very competitive.”

“Had to take my car to caliber collision after a minor accident. I was directed to use them by the insurance provider and the work was top-notch. A previous experience with 3-D collision in Conshohocken and they were terrible. They put a huge scratch on the roof of my car and then refused to repair it.Caliber collision was staffed by very friendly unprofessional people. They provided routine updates via text message on my car. Was ready a week in advance of the originally promised date. Looks good as new!”
“Honesty can be difficult to come by.
Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”
“I’m happy I received a replacement power steering pump I ordered about 2 year’s ago but it was not working properly had a leak and I spoke to them about a replacement pump but they didn’t have any they told at the time but finally they take care of me by sending me another pump I’m waiting to see if everything works out…just glad to see they still a few honest people out there”
