“This is a great shop! They truly care about doing high quality work and making their customers happy. When I picked up my car, Dale was really happy that I came before the rain and sunset as he was very proud of the work they'd done and excited to see my reaction. I thought that was awesome and rare these days. And they should have been proud because it did look great. They even cleaned up the entire exterior and made the tires shine. I wasn't expecting that either. I didn't have any issues with the repairs but Dale told me to call if I did and they would take care of it. I definitely recommend this shop. Their prices are also very competitive.”

He spent the time with me so I understood the differences between the Tesla and the Ford EV’s. Even tho they were full with apptments (always a sign of a good shop) they let me tow there and kept it until they could get to it, in only 2 days. “Honesty can be difficult to come by.
Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”

“Got into a little fender bender and dented my back right bumper. So frustrated. I went around the area and collected estimates and going rate was $1200+. Came into Hayes and asked for estimate: ~$850. They worked around my busy schedule and I was able to drop off my car during closed hours and had it ready for pickup a couple of days later. “Had car in for routine service recently ,due to some confusion re my contract for paintless ding repair, that service was not performed as scheduled. I spoke to my salesman ,Bob Gillespie who sold me the car and that service in August of 2019 and he took care of the problem for me. I then received a call from the service manager who apologized for that confusion and explained what happened.. I am very happy now. My service in the past was always done correctly and reasonably priced.Update. This service department is great. I have been waiting for months for parts to come from Ford for a recall. They came in and they called me to install and sent out mobile service and did it at my home. I asked if they could do my routine oil change and they did that too. Everything was free as i had ford credits. Tech was great expliained everything. I have strarted over last year taking my non ford cars there for routine maintenance and state inspections as they do a great job and at a fair price.Services: General repairs & maintenance”
“I ordered some tires from TireRack and had them installed at Phoenix Performance. I previously had tires installed there years ago, and just like the last time, the experience was great from start to finish. Joe (the owner) was friendly and communicative, and their techs took fantastic care of my car. Yes, I paid a little more than if I'd gone to a budget tire place (though not much, their prices are quite reasonable), but that's well worth it to know my car is in good hands. I even got a tour of their facilities; lots of very cool cars getting worked on! I'd highly recommend them, especially if you have a performance car and want the best service around.”

As a young woman, I'm still sometimes learning where to go for certain things and who to trust to not take advantage when it comes to cost. Ott's does not take advantage of you and is such a nice, warm family place. They also have a sweet dog to greet you as an added bonus :) I'll absolutely be returning to Ott's when in need!!”
