He proactively jumoed out to ask if I was OK when trying to engage insurance towing. He took care of me to get me off the road and then when I realized later my insurance tow would take forever, I called him back and he towed it to mechanic on his way home. “I ordered some tires from TireRack and had them installed at Phoenix Performance. I previously had tires installed there years ago, and just like the last time, the experience was great from start to finish. Joe (the owner) was friendly and communicative, and their techs took fantastic care of my car. Yes, I paid a little more than if I'd gone to a budget tire place (though not much, their prices are quite reasonable), but that's well worth it to know my car is in good hands. I even got a tour of their facilities; lots of very cool cars getting worked on! I'd highly recommend them, especially if you have a performance car and want the best service around.”
