“The post office in Oil City, Pa. The grounds and inside the building are always kept neat and clean. The Postal workers are always welcoming and knowledgeable of their job whenever I run in for stamps or to mail a letter, etc. Even the mail carrier that brings my mail to my house everyday also pleasant.”
