I’ve lost $100s through here. From Christmas gifts to just everyday mail. It just got some reason can’t reach me ? Then when I call they act like my package never existed. The mail service should be a scam. I’m about to start calling lawyers

Don't bother calling just go up to the office anybody and everybody who needs to call don't do it just go up to the office maybe they'll then change the option so that you can actually talk to a human being instead of a robot so again don't call go up there because you'll get nowhere on the phone.

Always sits there WAY too long, after I pay for shipping for it to be here faster. They let it SIT. I mean cmon now I need important things for my dog. customer service is of no help.
