“What an amazing place for my dog. Thanks to a random lady at the shillington road giant recommending this place to me, my dog Goosey received an evaluation to join in on their group play sessions. “Really appreciate the help, however, I have been sold a repeating problem child in the form of ramshorn snails. If you don’t know (I didn’t) they are hermaphrodites and two snails make 2 million really fast. No matter how much I clean the eggs I can see off the tank, or remove the snails, they just keep reappearing and I don’t want them because they are eating my fish eggs. I had a thriving community of over a dozen guppies, and would bring containers of offspring to the shop, now I’m down to 3 fish and the eggs aren’t safe anywhere. I don’t even want to get more fish until I solve the snail issue, which will probably need to be a whole fresh tank set up, investment of money, time, etc. Sucks… no pun intended.”

“I had never been to this Petco location before but I'm extremely glad I decided to get my sheltie groomed here! Autumn the groomer was extremely patient with my high strung dog. While I was waiting I did some browsing for a lead and a sales associate named Kai came to me immediately to offer assistance. Needless to say the employees are super friendly and do an amazing job grooming! I will be returning :)”

Located in Fairgrounds Farmers Market, N 5th Street Hwy, Reading PA 19605
“If you are a pet owner and find yourself browsing the farmer's market, this stand is a must see! They have a variety of treats/ misc items made fresh with real ingredients. My dog is incredibly picky...she hates peanut butter, dry kibble, most dog chews....EVERYTHING. I was hesitant to waste money on just another throw away treat. The shop owner was kind enough to give me a fresh dog biscuit to take home for my pooch to sample. Needless to say, She loved it! The shop owner took time to explain the perishable nature of some of the goods and ideas to freeze/thaw treats to have them last longer. Kind insight, quality products, and great service!”

“Fantastic store service and help. Please keep the return policy up since I wish dogs can talk. This would make things a lot easier for everyone. I had to return the product since it caused her diarrhea. At some stores one is stuck with the product and a waste of money. It's not our fault :-( I just wish you can send those returned products to a charitable organization or shelter for dogs or cats that need them.”
