“The owner was very kind and understanding when we had to cancel our storage before we even moved in. I wasn't expecting or even asking, but he offered a full refund even though we were 2 weeks into the month. If I need storage in the future I will definitely use them!”

“Amazing from start to finish!! I’ve had two different units in the last 3 years and the transition from one to the other was super easy! WONDERFUL staff as well. Did not hesitate to give me step by step instructions when I locked myself out of the app. Super nice and my stuff was nice and dry the whole time!!!!”

“The units are clean and well maintained and the customer service is great! The manager is very friendly and helpful. I had an internet glitch when I reserved my unit online and it didn't take the reservation. They called back right away and took care of it. When I have had questions they respond very quickly to an email or if I leave a message. These days I believe customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses. That is definitely not the case with Steel City Storage. Thank you”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Bonnie is absolutely fantastic. Not one problem in several years of use with her. Reasonable, respectful, and reliable. If I would bet need a storage unit in the future, there would be no question I would do business there again.”

“The floors were filthy, and I'm lucky I got up when I did because a roach was getting ready to crawl on me. If you have a vehicle to go somewhere else. Do so!”
