Old) is being taught how to do exercises in a healthy way with great supervision. The coaches scale workouts for me (47yr. Old) and make realistic goals. The people who are in the classes encourage each other and I have made friends while working out. Great support and workouts!”

The equipment is well maintained, and the staff are consistently helpful and pleasant. The environment is cheerful, well lit, and spotlessly clean, and they accommodate everyone with equal grace, from amateurs with modest goals of health improvement to serious collegiate athletes. For those who need it, they offer fitness training, but they are unobtrusive about it and will not suggest it unless you request it.”
