Refuses to add tap to pay to their bank systems have to get my card replaced for the 4th time due to my chip malfunctioning and making it nearly impossible to withdraw cash from any ATMs. Its 2026 you are one of the only banks that refuses! I will be closing my account once my loan is paid off.

This bank has just gotten overly greedy since the new management. They are constantly adding new fees. Iknow people are leaving because of it. I used to reccommend them to everyone, but as soon as my loans are payed off im gone too.

Don't answer phones at all, I always have to call either mount unions branch or McConnellsburgs branch to get anything done and even they are becoming ify as of late.
