I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. “From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. “Degovanni did a great job repairing my car after an unfortunate passenger door collision with plowed ice on the side of the road. They were able to get my car in for an estimate quickly and bring it in for repairs soon. They communicated well and did a great job. The doors that has been dented and ripped through look good as new (the ice that caused it was like the iceberg that took out the Titanic).
I also appreciate how well they worked with the nearby Enterprise rental place. They called Enterprise to come pick me up and bring me to the rental office when I dropped off my car. When my car was ready I was able to just leave it at DeGovanni for Enterprise to come get later. Very easy!”

“I have these awful and terrible deep scratches on my front bumper that also needed bodywork repair done—it’s just really ugly at sight. I first went to Barry Hackert Auto to get a quote, but they weren’t able to do the repairs except replacing the entire front bumper which was going to be out of my budget. Then they recommended me to Maaco for their excellent skills and was told they were able to bring it back to life and able to save my front bumper instead of replacing it. I first spoke with Ismael and he gave me a great reasonable price for the repair work that can work around my budget. I was told they would take three business days to complete but they finished it in two! :) They exceeded my expectations and I’m really really satisfied with how my front bumper looks now. They made my car look so brand new and shiny and I’m so glad I was referred to this place. Ismael was also really great at communicating and making this entire process so much easier especially with my busy work schedule. He pulled the dent out, smoothed the surface, replaced the side retainer. The car is near its original shape with a saving of several hundred dollars. In my view, he is the expert. He is a trusted professional. The fees he charge is not only fair but below fair. He also has a great personality! If you need the body work done with the best value, Collision Concepts is your first stop. Maybe he is a fireman so his shop is a little bit small so you have to wait, I would say that it is worth the wait if you could do that.”
