“I've been a member of this credit union for 20 years and it's because the customer service is amazing!! You can call and talk to an actual person who really knows the answers to your questions. I moved out of the area but can use shared branches close to home for everything. Fraud problems? Nope! They contact you with any unusual activity right away. I had a mortgage through them and NEVER had a problem. The app allows remote check deposit and secure text messaging which are responded to right away. I recently went to the Blue Bell branch and Shane was such a pro for both of the big transactions I had that day. In person, over the phone, or by secure text on the app, their customer service is unmatched. If you want the best customer service, this should be your credit union!!!”
“I have been banking with this Credit Union my wife and I for many many years. They are absolutely the best of the best. I have my direct deposits, our home equity line and other accounts with them. Their associates go above the beyond the call of duty to take care of you and your finances. I can not imagine a more sincere and dedicated group of employees as of these folks at Navy Federal Credit Union here in Horsham, PA. If you are an active duty member of any of the Armed Forces or a retiree or dependent of I strongly suggest you checking out this financial institution. They have the best interest rates on loans, savings, credit cards and everything else! My wife and I would not bank anywhere else in the world other than Navy Federal. They have the best fraud department in the world as well, they are always watching over your everyday transactions, and believe me that is peace of mind. You can talk to a live person 24/7 365 days a year. If you meet the above qualifications for membership and are not a member of, I strongly suggest you stop by and check them out, you won't regret it.”
