One customer shared a positive experience with a roofing project that included replacing a steep third-floor roof, which was expanded to include the installation of copper valleys and chimney pointing. The crew, consisting of three roofers and an on-site supervisor, worked diligently for 10-12 hours each day, showcasing excellent skill, especially when navigating challenging areas of the roof. Another reviewer noted the exceptional professionalism during the project, even in extreme summer heat, and highlighted the team's ability to stay on schedule. Customers have also appreciated the detailed estimates and the thorough explanation of warranty processes, which are vital for peace of mind. Although one reviewer is still waiting to confirm the success of a leak repair, they expressed satisfaction with the clean and efficient service provided. Overall, Russell Roofing comes highly recommended for anyone needing roofing services, with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
