They got me in and out in about an hour - when I called like 30 mins before. The pricing can’t be beat! Ron and his team are professional and knowledgeable.

“I brought my car to Monro for an oil change. The technician working on my car called me and said that I needed four new tires. At first, I thought this was just another attempt to make more money off me. But the technician insisted that the tread was very worn. I consented to the new tires, and when I went to pick up the car, the technician showed me my old tires which were almost bald. I was so glad he recommended changing them before I left for vacation. I was very happy with the service I received today.”

They even let me come a little later due to my work schedule and so kindly fixed it for me even though it took some time and was later in the day. I’m forever grateful for these guys and will be giving them my repeat business. They’re honest, knowledgeable, funny and generous. Couldn’t ask for a better combo!”
“HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!! My college student’s car passed inspection (at a place near home) but they told us the rear brakes needed to be replaced. They were headed back to school so I called a well known chain near campus that was running a “brake special” and after looking at the car they told me it needed over $1700 worth of work. I declined and sent her over to pick up the car—when she went to pick it up they told her not to drive the car more than 25 miles without bringing it back in to have the wheels tightened….WHAT??? Enter Wynnewood Park Service. I called and spoke to Dennis who patiently answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment to look at the car. We had to reschedule the appointment due to the snowstorm, but they looked at the car this morning and it needs….NOTHING—at least not right now. He said the brakes will need replacing but not immediately and that I could safely wait til later in the spring/summer to do the work. He also gave me an estimated cost that was far more reasonable than the first place. As a single mom with a college kid on a fairly tight budget I deeply appreciated his honesty and his explanations of what he found and what would be needed. It was refreshing to work with a shop who operates with such integrity!!!! This will give me time to budget for the work, rather than having to put it on my credit card and I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to Wynnewood Park Service in the spring to have the work done before graduation!!”

He treated my Mercedes like it was a Rolls-Royce, and it was obvious from the beginning that he genuinely cared about the car and making sure everything was done right.
The quality of the work was outstanding, but what really stood out to me was the way Joe treated me as a customer. He went above and beyond, kept me informed, and made what could have been a stressful situation a hell of a lot easier.
