I am a new customer to CSE. Elly and Jim were very friendly and welcoming. Rather than only showing me pictures, Jim took me up under my car while it was on the lift and showed me what needed to be done and why. He gave me options for how we could move forward. was charged alot of money for labor on a diagnosis but the receipt didn't show what was done. and of the employees got smart with me for no reason. saying something like I better tip the car rental guy for picking me up. uncalled for.
