Luckily, with some doing on the storage facility, they got me into a larger one. The transition was so smooth. Unit was very clean and easy to get into. “This place is really awesome. The lady is sweet. She helped me through the process of applying for the unit online. We had a house fire at the end of the summer last year so we had to start buying things for when they finish our house. We stopped at the wrong unit and saw a lock and thought it was ours and they went over and checked and let us know right away ours had no lock. The storage units are nice and neat and clean and the owners are very nice. It is a very nice establishment.”

“No office or bathrooms on site so rental has to be done over the phone and via email, unless you go to their off-site offices. Unit itself was clean. Plowing job left a lot to be desired... lil cars beware.?”

“Marie was very helpful today. She sent my move out form right after I called. The facility was well kept and clean. I filled out the form and sent in the requisite photos and received conformation within an hour after submitting the form. This all happened on a Sunday too. If I ever need a storage room again, I would definitely go back to KO storage again. Good people there.”
