Propane near Ottsville, PA

“We have a small farm and we depend on a heated greenhouse to start all of our seedlings and transplants. Our heater stopped working a few days ago and we couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. I called liberty to see if we could get a service technician to look at the tank regulator before the next cold snap this coming weekend. I spoke with Tracy and a service tech about our urgent timing and they sent a tech (Brad) immediately to check out the equipment.
Brad was professional and very empathetic to our situation. He tested the regulator and concluded that although it wasn’t failing, it was starting to decline enough to perhaps cause inconsistent pressure delivery. He installed a new one but unfortunately the heater still wasn’t functioning.
I was very appreciative for eliminating the gas pressure as a possible cause.
About 1/2 hour after Brad left, I decided to try starting the heater again when I realized I hadn’t performed the air purging procedure after a gas disruption. Lo and behold, the heater started up and ran beautifully through the night!
Thanks so much for the great customer service! I know it’s been a rough winter for propane delivery companies and customers have left some tough reviews, but Liberty never let my tanks run out and have responded immediately to service emergencies.
I would highly recommend them. Great job team Liberty!”

“Have been using Stem for years to service and fill my propane. These guys are BY FAR the best in the area. My tank was running low this morning. I contacted them for delivery and, not two hours later, they came and took care of it. Good price, outstanding customer service, impressive timeliness, and great accessibility. As long as they're around I struggle to imagine going anywhere else.”

“Great customer service! Great Service Plan! I've signed up for the repair plan annually and it paid for itself time and time again. It's like health insurance for your body you wouldn't cancel you health insurance if you were healthy would you? So why risk a boiler that someday could go bad? All Parts Break nothing is made to live forever.”
