“Had 2 guys over to replace the tank. Did a decent job but one of them broke my handrailing going down the stairs and didnt report it to me. Found it right after they left definitely not cool.
Update: got a call from one of the reps and he wanted to send another tech over to repair the handrail. I appreciate the efforts to correct the issue and make it right.”
