“Well stocked, knowledgeable, definitely not pushy. The staff will let you buy what you want but still explain why you may not need something. I really appreciated that as supplies can add up quick especially if they won't suit your needs. This location is way better than other stores.”

“I called SW Center valley because our recent home repair contractor uses them. I have to say, EXCELLENT customer service by Dominic and another gal worker whose name I didn’t get (sorry). I called mid-home-project on the Saturday before Christmas to ask about their paints (I’ve used another brand but didn’t feel like driving to that store) and a cheerful and personable young man said they could match the color. An hour later I was there and he greeted me BY NAME (even if it was a slow holiday weekend!) and I bought paint and some other supplies. He was professional and knowledgeable and treated me with great respect. I got a high quality paint that was a bit more than I’m used to spending but it worked beautifully and I will be back for my next project. I don’t know where you get your staff but you hire well. I see why you get such good reviews - a well run business. Thanks!”
“Much bigger store than it looked. Huge inventory of quality paint and supplies. The young gentleman behind the counter was a seasoned veteran in the paint industry. He didn’t try to sell me on the high priced items. He directed me to the items I needed to do my work. Refreshing not to be pushed to the high dollar items. My home looks wonderful now. I’ll return for all my painting needs.”
