Went to replace equipment, was very good service. They handled the situation with a few minutes. Would recommend to anyone in this service area.

I had a modem go bad and when I got there they had it waiting for me. I wasn't familiar with Palmerton and was cutting it close to their closing time. They waited a few minutes after even to make sure I got the modem! Had an excellent experience!
