“I was very pleased with my service. Wanted to open an account for my first time and Joshua was very nice and explained my options. Tellers were all very friendly and accommodated all my request. Was very pleased with how they handled covid precautions also. Needless to say. When I left I felt I made some banking friends. Had some issues with online service and called the 1-800 # the young lady was so nice. She had me chuckle a few times, she wouldn't let me off the line until I was in and online with my account. I appreciate that, most the time they rush you!”
