“I closed my account with HFCU a couple weeks ago due to relocation. Good local credit union out here providing a service. Walk-ins welcome, friendly in person service. Modern features as well you can text them questions! In the time since I moved, I got hit with a few fees, all due to my negligence, and they forgave some when asked. I messaged them to close my account right there in the app! They did so promptly and mailed a check. They will do for you what is necessary and fair. Thank you.”

“With all the road construction surrounding this bank, it is like a labyrinth trying to figure out how to get to the entrance of the parking lot!
I understand it’s not their fault, but we faced multiple road construction closures & 1 way streets (the wrong direction to try to find parking lot entrance).
Once in parking lot, Be Careful!
Folks are cramming into the tiny few slanted spaces they offer & no one is paying attention when backing out!
Everyone visiting at near 3pm on Monday seemed to be in a massive hurry & we’re not kind humans I hate to say.
Otherwise inside is fine and staff are friendly enough.”

She knew exactly what she was doing in helping us get our accounts set up not only was our experience fast it was enjoyable having a conversation with her..
