Horrible service. They were a no show. Didn’t return any calls or voicemails. Don’t waste your time.Edit: Jess from Blue Mountain called to make it right. Rescheduled pick up and then followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Jess!

Gone are the days of affordable thrift stores. SUPER sad to see such high prices at a store I have loved for many years. I visited from out of town and am so shocked at these insane prices! Charging over $5 for clothing that has been given to you for free is greedy beyond belief. You'll make much more if you lower your prices. $12 for a pair of boots that were quite literally falling apart and $7.99 for used bras... do better.

Love this Store, very well laid out, great customer service. It's a long drive from where I live, worth the drive.

Seems silly but enough to lose my business.. walked in, smiled at both workers at the desk. I had a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, hardly anything left in it. Seconds later the worker called over “M’am” and told me I could not be in the store with my drink. She apologized and said i probably wouldn’t drop it but apparently 3 people dropped theirs earlier. And just like that, I exited the store and took my business up the road to a tried and true favorite, goodwill. I wanted to give them a second chance since my last not so great visit but the high prices and ridiculousness from this lady was enough to make me walk out! As if a grown adult can’t manage to not drop their coffee as they are looking at items to spend their money on! Will not be supporting based off this interaction alone! I value trust from a business as an individual looking to support the business in return. They will not receive any business from me.

My sister and I live out of town but got to this store a few times a year and always found bargains and enjoyed ourselves. Yesterday we stopped in and noticed that it’s been changed. No special colors. Barely any furniture and boutique prices. $12.99 for a used blouse. 4 employees behind the desk goofing around because no one was buying anything. In our time in the store we saw everyone who came in, leave with nothing. As did we. This was on a Friday and the place was basically deserted. Someone figured out how to destroy a good thrift store.

I've been to this store many times and I did love this store. Things are still nice but they priced themselves out of their own market. Got rid of their color specials for clothing. You can spend the same at Walmart next door for stuff that's new.

I had a china cabinet that weighed 210 pounds, was 75 inches tall, 57 inches wide. Only 2 men showed up to get it, and they had no lift on their truck so they couldn’t load it. They ended up not taking it at all. So very disappointing!

Buyer beware. Shop charges top dollar for donations that are not screened for damages. I prefer Jubilee Ministries who support local folks. Rayo de Esparanzo???

Don’t bother trying to donate anything. They basically take a magnifying glass to your donations to check for minor imperfections. If there’s one little scratch they won’t take it. What a joke. The place is extremely overpriced anyways and always smells disgusting. Not sure who they think they are turning away perfectly good donations, they’re a THRIFT store not a new/never been used store!

From what I have seen especially men's clothing-wise most items are way overpriced. Like I saw a pair of shorts that I literally seen two weeks ago at I think Bob Cobbs or Ross and these shorts for the same price as brand new ones at the stores that I just mentioned I just feel that it should be taken upon whoever is pricing the stuff that it is overpriced and maybe they need some more research or training or something of that sort because these items are way overpriced! And also I asked the lady if they do a discount. The sales associates were very nice though I will say that in this room is very clean but they need to revamp their entire pricing!

This is the most expensive "thrift" store I've ever been to. The clothing looks old and ratty as if it was picked out of a Goodwill reject dumpster. Absolute waste of time.
