“Always since 1969 the nicest , knowageable and efficiently run local lender who has over time never not figured a way to help me .Once W. Fargo said NO LOAN FOR 30 DAYS . BENCHMARK WAS CALLED ON WAY HOME AND IT TOOK 1 1/2 DAYS TO GET A CHECK . I DID HAVE 6 FIGURES IN ACCOUNT 'S IN W. FARGO .???? I ALSO HAD TITLE TO 50,000 NEWER CAR . NO LOAN . “I closed my Visa today due to the card being charged for late payments (I considered to be an inactive card, but old accounts were charging to it).The rep could have judged me for owing money on the account and closing the card, but instead made me feel very comfortable with the process. She even made a joke at the end of the transaction (not about the transaction, something else). I appreciated the professionalism and making me feel comfortable.”

“Showed up at 1:09 teller was walking last person out and they let me in. The bank closed 10 minutes prior to that but the went out of their way to help me out! It was so great they took the time to do that for me what a great local bank. That's what you get for a local bank. Nice location off park drive 363 north. Plenty of parking around the bank. 24 hour outside ATM.”

I had someone steal my card information and he ran me through all the ways to keep my information safe, he told me all the next steps and what to expect, and he gave me his business card and told me I could follow up with him at any time if I had any issues getting my money back.
