“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. He even helped my mother understand and work her new iPhone better than I could have ever helped explain. I highly recommend seeing him and this location! Thank you Bobby for all your effort and hard dedication, you are very appreciated! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he was so informative!! Thank you so much!”
“Microcenter has to be the single most impressive store I've ever been to. The staff was unbelievable and so friendly! The store was immaculate. Such a great experience. I literally came home and told everyone about how great of a day I had going there! I'm in the process of building a new gaming PC and I will be there every payday for new parts! “Marc was great work with. I hate getting new phones but he was very helpful and made the process really easy. I accidentally deleted all of my text messages the following day and he helped me restore them. I watched him interact with some older customers as well and he was very patient and kind to them through their phone issues. Highly recommend this location and Marc in particular.”

“My boyfriend and I have been to this store multiple times, and every time has been a wonderful experience! They have powered through all our questions about monitors and keyboards that we threw their way. We even participated in a gaming competition they had, and actually won a ridiculously nice keyboard. Out of all the gaming stores we had been, this one has the best staff and absolutely recommend visiting!”

“This store has at least two great employees, Gabby and Liz. I met Gabby at the Phoenixville store where she was filling in. She listened to what I needed, explained her situation, called the West Chester Store and then directed me to Liz in West Chester.
Liz expected my arrival. She patiently spent at least an hour with me. Liz called Metro's Customer Service and all of the other departments they directed her to. She explained to each department what the issue was. She thought of various ways to try to resolve the issue.
Liz showed excellent Customer Service. She did not expect me to try to solve the problem on my own. She did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She did more than was expected.”
“I have owned Streamlight flashlights for decades. I have all types from tactical firearm mounted ones, to pocket lights, to full size rechargeable ones. They have always performed great and are incredibly bright!
I also want to give a shout out to say how awesome their customer service is. I lost a clip off of one of my small lights and called to purchase a replacement. They were very helpful and are shipping a replacement one out tomorrow. It is things like this that makes customers for life.”

“Wow. I can't say enough about the knowledge and efficiency of the service provided by Brandon. My system is old with numerous querks and I had 2 differentproviders look at it. The last one spent hours and left it in worse shape. Bandon diagnosed several problems almost immediately and then got it working better than ever.He explained everything in terms i could understand so I could troubleshoot on my own for minor cliches. I would never go anywhere else for my audio-visual needs and highly recommend Brandon. I could not be more impressed with his work.”
“The Delco team is absolutely top notch. They have completed two separate projects for our school - a cafeteria video/audio project and a gym audio project. Both projects greatly exceeded my expectations. The team was phenomenal, timely and friendly throughout the work. Delco was also the most efficient crew I have ever seen -- efficiency and great quality work do not always go together but they are truly masters at what they do - everything down to the details was done right. They also take the time to explain how to use the equipment in simple terms for those of us who are not audio technicians :-).After the project was completed, I had a couple of questions and they were very responsive and offered to come out again to demonstrate how the system works. If you have an audio/visual project you could not do better than Delco Solutions!”
