“Bobby helped me and my mom set up an appointment and went over everything and took so much time with us. Originally I was just gonna get a new phone for myself and did not know my options and he went above and beyond to help me and my mom understand the best options and differences between plans and took extra time and patience explaining how our new phones would work and helped us with the best pricing options. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and very generous for staying an hour past closing when he didn’t have to, to inform us with updated information and what would be the most appropriate and cost effective options. “Marc was great work with. I hate getting new phones but he was very helpful and made the process really easy. I accidentally deleted all of my text messages the following day and he helped me restore them. “I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. Highly recommend Charlie for anything you are buying or troubleshooting.”

“This store has at least two great employees, Gabby and Liz. I met Gabby at the Phoenixville store where she was filling in. She listened to what I needed, explained her situation, called the West Chester Store and then directed me to Liz in West Chester.
Liz expected my arrival. She patiently spent at least an hour with me. Liz called Metro's Customer Service and all of the other departments they directed her to. She explained to each department what the issue was. She thought of various ways to try to resolve the issue.
Liz showed excellent Customer Service. She did not expect me to try to solve the problem on my own. She did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She did more than was expected.”

“My wife and I had a tremendous experience at the AT&T store at 1100 Baltimore Pike recently (2/11/2026 at 5:30pm). We had purchased a new cellular iPad and were having trouble transferring the service from the old one to the new. The associate at the store, Shay, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and solved our issue in under 30 minutes. What more can you ask?
Shay was a great ambassador for AT&T. She also discussed other plan and service options with us in order to reduce our costs - and while we didn't choose to make those changes on this visit - you can be sure that Shay's outstanding customer service will be the reason we come back to do so in the future.”
“Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!”
