“TLDR: This is the only AT&T store I’ll be going to because of Edwardo and staff! My phone was having issues with connectivity. I was recommended this store and was blown away by the level of professionalism and support. edvard and staff gave me hope that the issue could be resolved and took the time/ care to make sure it was done completely. He made a stressful experience easier and almost enjoyable haha! His rapport with customers was evident and effortless. In the time I was there, I watched him flawlessly field over 6 customers with ease, which was truly astounding! I’m so grateful for this store and the wonderful employees here. They were patient and kind no matter what issue walked through their doors. Thank you all I’m so happy with my experience and my new phone :)”

“I recently visited the Verizon store in Wayne PA. I went in with two separate problems. One my iPhone 14 would not send or receive text messages from android phones. The second one was concerning my watch and its cellular set up. I had spent multiple times on the phone for literal hours with both Apple and Verizon to no avail prior to my visit. So my expectations were pretty low given what I had been through already. A sales person greeted me directly and we sat down at his workspace. He told me he was new, but would help me get my problems resolved. I was skeptical to say the least but Adi (I hope I am spelling his name correctly. I misplaced the paper with his information on it.) worked through each issue methodically with a little help from Verizon Tech support and the manager who I believe was named Bob. It took a while due to the complexity of the issues but all was resolved completely. Thank you again Adi and I wish continued success at Verizon.”

“I was in need of a new phone but was very skeptical as I didn't want to be "snookered" by a high pressure sales associate. I was so fortunate to have gotten John at the Newton Square store. He was so very kind and listened to my concerns and needs. He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, listened to all that I had to say. He answered every question I had. Montrell figured out how to reaccess the internet AND return my speech to text device. He tested it with me and was very patient with someone who cannot hear. That was mroe than service. “T-mobile itself isn’t the greatest at communicating. The help line wasn’t doing their part in looking at policies, therefore they told a relative something was covered when it was not. The store manager explained it to them on the phone to resolve it then helped us with next steps.The people that work here are wonderful. They’re helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Natalie was nice and helpful as well as the manager who has so much patience and kindness.”
