“I have used Baker for the last 7 years and they have always gone above and beyond. Whether my job was big or tiny they treated me and the job as being important. I can’t say enough good things about the quality work and team that work at Baker!”
“Nothing short of OUTSTANDING! As a photographer, I need my photographs to be printed to the best quality possible. TPS knew how to do it and help me make the corrections before my jobs went into production.
Another printer changed my artwork, printed the job and denied changing my artwork, TPS didn't...they called me and suggested a correction. Another printer did not respond to my call for a week, another never called me back...TPS called me back or emailed me within an hour. Another printer did not perform a quality control check before the printed product was delivered...TPS suggested changes that I didn't see to make my brochure and calendar perfect...and they did. Another printer did not get the paper weight correct despite showing them what I wanted twice. When I asked them to correct the paper weight, there was radio silence on how to correct the problem and no apology for not getting it right...TPS got it right the first time.
Bottom line, call TPS and they will not only guide you through the process, but they have people who care about making it right for you the first time. They were also able to work within my schedule constraints.
I am about to give them a third project in less than 3 weeks and I have every confidence they will perform as expected.

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. “I have been going to AIM Mail Center in West Chester for the last few years and I am impressed. Joseph, the owner, is professional, courteous and gives great guidance when I don't know more than where I want to ship something. He has packed a computer and a separate very large piece of framed art like he is packing the Hope diamond. Joseph is amazingly patient. I have watched him greet people as they walk through his door and he is friendly to everyone. He knows many of them by name. He is an old-school business man and a class act. Knows his business well! This business offers many, many services like printing and passport pictures and processing as well. Highly recommend AIM Mail Center in West Chester.”
