“By far the best Wawa in the area. The gentleman who bakes the hot stuff is the best. I forgot his name but I'll make sure to have it and update this review. He really desert the credit as he takes care of each baked item as it was for his kids.”

“I love this location, it’s fast and efficient, if there is a small line it always moves along quickly. In particular there is one worker who is outstanding, always super friendly and helpful. I’m always confident in the handling of my items when I see them working. Above and beyond honestly, they bring a quality level of customer service that frankly you just usually don’t ever see from a usps location or employee. Top notch.”

“Came here after a horrendous experience with the Folsom, Pa location. The Folsom store had an abysmal, miserable woman working printing, extremely rude and downright unhelpful. Upon arriving here, I was greeted at the door, the employees asked what we needed, how they could help and even apologized for the other store. They were all just tremendous at the Springfield location. Thank you for the great service Springfield!”

“Dan at UPS in Newtown Square is the absolute best! He is always so kind, helpful, efficient, and makes shipping out packages such an easy process! He also is the best person to go to for anything that needs to be notarized! He pays close attention to detail while looking over your forms! I am a frequent customer because of his customer service and care.”

“I am so grateful to have the UPS store close by. I've always had superior service, with fast, friendly agents, including the manager Sylvia, Nigel, and new Jacqueline. I really cannot speak highly enough about the store leader, Sylvia. She is a dynamo, you're done before you walk in! Unbelievable service, kindness, helpfulness-- the best business ever. Thank you so much for all you do, UPS agents! No way could I accomplish so many tasks and life necessities without you! You all rock! ❤️”

“I have been going to AIM Mail Center in West Chester for the last few years and I am impressed. Joseph, the owner, is professional, courteous and gives great guidance when I don't know more than where I want to ship something. He has packed a computer and a separate very large piece of framed art like he is packing the Hope diamond. Joseph is amazingly patient. I have watched him greet people as they walk through his door and he is friendly to everyone. He knows many of them by name. He is an old-school business man and a class act. Knows his business well! This business offers many, many services like printing and passport pictures and processing as well. Highly recommend AIM Mail Center in West Chester.”

“Clean, not big but spacious enough. Very friendly personnel. There were 2 guys and both were friendly, welcoming, respectful. I shipped the large cumbersome box and one guy opened the entrance door as soon as he saw me and my friend approaching. He said a little nice joke. Then I needed some time to find the QR codes on my laptop and Another guy waited for me, patiently, ready to get it shipped. Then he immediately printed the labels and glued them to my box. It was a nice encounter with Fedex. I liked it. Highly recommend!”

“I have shipped small loads before with another company and had a bad experience. TSI made this so easy. I worked with Steve and he and the team kept me informed and picked up one piece of furniture in one state and within a week, we had the piece in our home in another state. The movers were professional and called the day before and then about 30 minutes before they showed up for delivery. They even picked up furniture after 2 feet of snow was dumped at the pick up location.”
