“I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Sam's in 2022 when it was difficult to find one and they had fair pricing. Fast forward to 2024- my other car, a 2011 Camry Hybrid was having hybrid system issues. The Toyota dealer essentially said they couldn't fix it, but it's been a well-treated car and I didn't want to give up on it yet. I remembered that Sam's did work on toyota hybrids and drove the car up there. They were friendly and took a cost-effective approach to repairing an odd issue (the code could have been one of several issues). I felt like they were fair, intellectually curious about the issue, and looking out to not drive the repair cost up. It took some trial and error but they got my car back on the road when the Toyota dealer couldn't!”

“Fantastic experience buying a vehicle from my first phone call to pulling it off of the lot. I called in to check availability and Brian Gray picked up my call. Brian is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and acted more like advisor than a pushy stereotypical salesman. Everyone in the dealership that I interacted with were professional and friendly. You can tell everyone enjoys working with each other. I have no doubt that if I called with a question and Brian wasn’t available, whomever I would speak with would address my questions and not just take a message.
Matej in the Finance Department was great as well. He found me an aggressive rate for a pre owned car and did a great job presenting options to protect it for years to come. Very thorough, friendly l, and efficient.
The detail department also did a great job preparing the vehicle. For a six year old car, it looks brand new both inside and out.

Got my bike in gave me progress calls on my bike and when to pick it up. Treat your bike with the most respect like it was his own.
