Negotiations were very straightforward, low stress and timely. When I went for delivery the vehicle was clean, serviced and ready to go. Forget about the old fashioned showing up unannounced and wondering around the lot till someone greats you. Search online, call and st up an appointment. You will be pleased.”

“I had some damage to bumper and my tail light, and Bruce at Rowlands was able to get me an estimate within the hour of me calling, and his estimate was less than half of what the place near me had given me. He worked with me, and saved me a ton of money, I am on a tight budget and this was a Godsend for me!
Bruce was able to get my car in the next day and had it finished the same day! Not only that, but the work was flawless and it looked perfect. He went above and beyond and I cannot highly recommend Rowlands enough. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any work, and I will be sending everyone I know his way!

“I took my truck in to get serviced. There were internal issues that was causing it to power down and not run at all. Josh was extremely helpful letting me know the game plan and keeping me in the loop the entire time. While I was there I was interested in a vehicle on the lot and Zak Musetti was an amazing Sales Rep who showed me the car, answered all my questions, and most importantly if he didn't know something he didn't try to fake it he immediately went and found out from someone who did know the answer. That made me feel like he truly cared to make sure I got all the information I needed. Ultimately I did not purchase a new vehicle but anyone who is looking into buying here please please ask for Zak! He is beyond kind, helpful, and wants to find you the vehicle that fits for you -- NOT what fits his paycheck. I will be keeping an eye on this dealership's inventory and will be back for sure.”

“I have never been a fan of dealerships b/c most of them always try to take advantage of people by telling them they need this and that when they come in for service. It’s happened to me multiple times, which is why I avoid them if I can. This was my first time at Piazza Honda and I can honestly say that I’ll definitely be going back. I was in and out in a timely manner and they performed the services I asked for, and didn’t push anything else or tell me I need a new cabin air filter, lol. I even thanked my service advisor Justin for not trying to sell me extra BS.”

I explained to them what I wanted to do and the type of material I was working with and they walked me through what I would need and not need. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave me a range of options and pricing. They made the entire process a breeze. When I got there to pickup my order everything was neatly packed up and they even helped carry it out to the car with me.
