Brent is service has tons of knowledge and a great team. Only downfall is putting up with the old guy that builds the bikes and roams around the showroom and says stupid jokes. “Was on a journey from extreme South Jersey to Ithaca, NY for our son's college graduation. 2.5 hours from home and 2.5 hours from our destination, our dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. The vehicle continued running fine but we found the nearest parts store we could and happened upon this particular Advanced Auto Parts. Saw that they checked batteries, so I walked in and was greeted by Kevin and Dakota. Kevin hooked up the battery and tested it, plus the alternator and starter. The battery came back completely trashed. I didn't have the tools needed since I wasn't expecting to change a battery. Kevin offered to do it for me. Him and Dakota took their time and figured everything out as the battery is in the back of our Land Rover in a tight spot. After about an hour we were back on the road with a fully charged and new battery. Was I expecting a battery to crap out on me? No. Was I excited to spend the money? No. But luckily we happened upon this store and had 2 guys willing to take their time and get us back on the road. Kevin was from the area we were headed too, so he knew exactly where we were headed.
The customer service these two gentlemen provided was absolutely phenomenal. In this day and age that is hard to come by it seems. The whole experience was a 10/10! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! To Kevin and Dakota, thank you for going above and beyond to get us on our way!”

“Ordered the full suspension kit for my 1948 CJ2A after trying the India made Crown products (disappointed/returned). The Walks kit was exactly as expected and installed quickly. Put my 2a (which has the Koenig super half cab) sitting the way it should. Suggestion- if you're running the non-threaded/non-greasble style shackle be sure to order the bushings for the shackle eye. I didn't..thankfully my local spring shop had them. They're...7/8 od x 7 1/6 I'd x 1 3/4 long”
“I’ve been to this store all the staff there are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I do know that this is a privately owned Carquest store and not owned by Advance auto parts. They are reasonably priced And I would recommend them to anybody the store goes above and beyond for all their customers and provides the best customer service. “AutoZone & this town are so blessed to have Bradley & Lopez working at this location. We were on the turnpike at night around the holidays, barely an hour into a 3 plus hour drive to help out a friend, when our key fab low battery warning came on. We stopped in and Bradley & Lopez could not have been more kind, helpful and funny. Our key fab is a pain in the butt to change, but they pulled up a YouTube video and changed the battery for us, while making us laugh in the process. Above and beyond, when some people may have just rang us up for the battery and let us figure it out. Outstanding service! Thanks again, guys :)”

Came here on. 9/20/25 was told on a Saturday their closing early 2pm because second shifted didn't coming in what I was told but the woman at the windo i felt like I was in a rush and I left with nothing”
“I've gotten tires here on multiple vehicles throughout the years. Got four new ones yesterday and specifically asked for new valves stems because the other ones don't register PSI correctly. They reused the old ones then when I pointed it out, the manager (don't remember his name) got my car right back in and made sure to replace all four. Super nice guy and super apologetic. And one of the techs left me a chicken to go with my ducks. Shout out to that person for making my day ?.”
